    B2 visa to the us
    Dear sir
    I have b2 visa to the us
    And I stayed in the us for 11 months
    The question is if I can re-enter the us or not?

    How long did you overstay? If overstay period is less than 6 months, you will be barred from entering US for 3 years. Your visa will be canceled at the port when you re-enter.

    I have mexican visa and us tourist visa
    I have to stop at New Jersey ariport
    But I stayed over six months
    I have to check in immigration or not
    Give me eveidence

    If you just land and catch a new flight without passing thru immigration at the airport, you can do that, BUT if you want to spend a night or two in NJ before leaving for Mexico, you will be send back home on the next available flight.
