    Severe Cramps and period
I have been used to severe cramp every time when I get my period starts (which its every month.) When my period start, I tend to get real bad severe cramps where I wouldn't walk and had to stay in the bed then put heating pad on my lower left or right whatever it takes me. Cramps tend to last me about less than 24 hours once it start. Once the period starts, I always know that I ll have diarrhea every time I get my period. My period is very heavy when it start and 2nd days too. My period usually last for 4 days every month. When it start, it get very heavy and bean size of clotting/mucus whatever it is. My cycle are normal for 28 days. The way I see it as normal to me.. The reason I ask you because I'm getting tired of going thur this suffer everymonth, I even have to call in sick at work because I wouldn't handle the severe pain. I just want to know is anyway I can avoid to it.

Last month-i just has miscarriaged since my husband and I Trying to conceive for 7 months. I have to get back to normal cycle and recovery my body first before we try again.

I just like to know is that normal to you aka it is "normal period cycle"? Or what?
OR anyone have this same experience as me? Let me know. Many thanks.

Unfortunately, you are not alone in your misery each cycle. Many women will have similar premenstrual symptoms in varying degrees. Have you spoken to your doctor about ways that may help? Simple lifestyle changes work for some women... regular exercise, less fatty foods, more fruits and veggies, and increasing your calcium intake can go along way. There are a number of natural remedies that you might try and see if any help lessen what you experience and there are also medications that may help if need be.

I am left to wonder if you may have endometriosis. Have you discussed these painful periods with your doctor recently?
