18.5 sears craftsman tractor throttle control arm
The tractor engine races when the choke infully pushed in . It seems that the control arm to the carborator is missing a spring to hold the throttle in the correct position. I can manually push it up where it belongs and the engine runs normally. I can't find any exploded diagrams on the sears web site or in my owners manual. 917270750 is the model number. Any suggestions. The grass is getting long. Thanks

You need to look at the engine's manufacturer for info on the carb hook up. And an exploded view.

I have a 10 HP Craftsman lawn tractor that will not move. The clutch works and it goes into gearbut the flat wheel spins and the gear wheel seems too have not enough pressure on it to move. Could this be just a loose drive belt? Thanks, Charlie
