Any idea how to go about this I have been this shop a few times, and just don't no how to go about it? "do you do cashback? how about your number?" too cheesey lol any tips would be a start lol I heard girls like confidence, I think the question is how confident before its too confident? If you catch my drift lol

Girls do like confidence, but we like a sense of humour too. Your cash back, how about your number thing is kind of cute... but I think you should just say "hey, would you like to hang out sometime?" Its direct, to the point and lets her know that you're interested. If she says yes, then have her write down her number. And don't just leave it at "sometime" say how about this weekend if she says yes, and plan something.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'm going to go with the cashback thing I think its direct yet slightly fun so hey what have I got to lose.

I think a simple, direct approach is really the best way...

The only issue I have here is with her working, it might complicate things.

When in college there was a girl I only saw when she was working a lot gate, and I never seemed to catch her when she wasn't busy with people going in and out constantly. And I didn't want to be the creepy guy hanging over in the corner...

So I wrote her a note that said "im *name*. id like to see you sometime outside the booth when you arent so busy. call or text me your number if youre interested." and when I paid my lot fee I handed it to her and said "open this when you are bored and not busy"...

It got me a number and a few dates. We didn't mesh right long term and it didn't last... and usually id think passing a note was 5th grade stuff... but I also don't have to wonder, "if i only tried with that one girl"... so something to think about.

If you can catch her when she's working, that's great. But propositioning her when her boss might be standing over her or when baggers are within earshot might put her on the spot. If she's alone and not too busy, feel free to talk. Even something like "so is it weird for me to ask you out when you are working?"... is simple, light, and should get a quick response... and whatever she says, be NICE about it. You are putting her on the spot and even an unfavorable response deserves a "oh well, i still like your smile"

If its busy when you go, don't push the issue of a date until you have some short history of talking.. you could easily just strike up a quick bit of small talk. Or take my route with the lot girl.

Or how about this... you could be really bold... take a flower through the line with other items, buy it, tell the bagger to give it to you and tell her "this is for you. i like your smile" and nothing else. No proposition. No demand of a number. Just a smile back at her. Ill bet shell remember you next time.
