1.illegal immigration has a negative or positive impact on USA economy, is yes why, if not why not

I don't think you need experts for that... but actually both sides could be argued...

Some say illegal immigrants take away paying jobs from american citizens making the economy worse... still others argue that a lot of these jobs (mostly farm work) are hard to fill and since they pay these workers even less than minimum wage it keeps prices at stores lower.
