    How do I claim my TDS which my employer deducts it from my salary.

    In the U.S. it is known as taxes withheld.
    You must file your tax return, which will show the tax as per your tax return. If taxes withheld are more than the tax as per your tax return, you will get a refund. If taxes withheld are less than the tax as per your tax return, you must pay it.
