    I want to add my daughters name to the deed to my house in which I am the only one on the deed in case of my death it will go to her and she presently lives with me. What forms do I need.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    There is a sticky note at the top of the Real Estate law forum that discusses this issue. The forms vary from place to place. There may also be tax consequences since you are gifting your daughter a partial ownership in your home.
