    Office note
    I am working in an office where people are using more printing papers then required I want to send an email to all people to reduce the paper use. Can anyone tell me how to write a notice.

    Anyway you want, just be clear and respectful, and ask THEM for their suggestions too on how to reduce paper use !

    EMail the notice, and add the request NOT to print it out...
    Explain the problem and reasons you send the mail, ask their support, and keep it positive by adding a little pun.
