    Garage Door
    My garage door will only open about 12 inches. There doesn't appear to be any blockage. I've been out and in the garage a couple of times today and didn't experience any problems. Upon arriving home this last time -- 12 inches is all it opened.

    I don't know what/where to check. The garage door opener is about 5 years old. Any direction will help. Thank you!!

    It would help if you provided more information on the type and size of the door and door opener... You for sure know what you have there. But that is not known to those who intend to help you, here... And so far I have not seen many fortune tellers here...
