    Access rights
    I need help I have a five year old granddaughter and I am fighting to get unspervise access to her hae I got any rights to access to my granddaughter

    That depends on where you live. Many states have recognized grandparents rights. But frankly, I have to say you don't seem to be fighting very hard. If you were you would have retained an attorney who would have answered this question for you.

    You apparently have supervised visitation with her and are now filing for unsupervised visitation?
