    WHEN do you have trouble keeping an erection? During intercourse? During Masturbation? Throughout the day?

    Well the person who has the erection all day has the much more seroius medical problem, since very long term erections are a health threat and should seek medical attention at once

    As for as having trouble, how old are you, what type of medication are you on, are there stress at work, at home, a lot more info is needed
