    Wiper Motor Repair
    Where is the wiper motor on a 97 Dodge Grand Caravan and how hard is it to replace?:eek:

    Don't know where it is but I know wiper motors are NOT cheap. Everything under the hood of a van is so jam packed you're going to need very skinny fingers to do this or have to remove something to get at the motor to change it out.

    It isn't real hard to do, but it's not real easy, either.

    First, are you certain the problem is the wiper motor?

    If you are, look at your van like this and picture where the motor goes:

    The wipers on the window attach to the motor behind the cowl and swing from the motor.

    If you've never done anything like this, allow time for the learning curve to work for you. OK?
