Do they think of us

Do you think they ever think of us? I feel I'm losing it sometimes as I think of him all the time! Do you think they just decide to end it and move on... is it really as simple as that for them?

I think it might be for some guys... not all guys think alike... it's easier to move when there is somebody else already there.

Guys don't just forget... just like you girls we think about you... but thinking about someone is doesn't always mean you are going to call them! Especially is you are the one that ended it... just be patient with yourself and try to move forward and not look back... how long has it been? And how long were you guys together?

Oh I remember! can't breathe... you are the one who has to work with the guy? I suppose that makes it hard, but just keep yourself busy with friends, work out and focus on your little girls... and get a mantra!! you would be surprised to the power of self suggestion... one way to look at it is that he did you a favor by letting you go, because someone who doesn't care about your feelings and don't treat you right... don't deserve you if you know what I mean!? think of all the mean things he did to you

Thanks for remembering me but then I made such a mess of things it's hard to forget me! Lol I suppose it is harder because I have to see him 5 days a week and I know the healing process will be a bit longer for me but he just seems to be so normal and getting on with things it makes me so angry as I am the one left in bits. There has been no contact in fact... we are avoiding each other like the plaugue!! Which is good I suppose. I just wish it was 6months from now and I was in a better place.

I suggest get a gratitude stone, and keep it in your pocket... and every time you touch it remind yourself of all the good things you are grateful for... you will be amazed..! its's OK we all make mistakes... the most important thing is to learn from them... the past is history, the future is a mystery and today is a gift!! Are you in good health? Can you afford food? Did you get hit by the flood? U hve two beautiful girls, and virtual friends to help through this hard time!! n u live in the U.S. one of the most blessed country in the whole freaking world..! you woke up this morning in good health did you deserve it? Did you do anything different than someone who woke up in a hospital, or someone who got a new about a terminal disease?? This heart break issues seem so insignificant where you look around at people that are in worst condistion than you are... be grateful of all the little things, even the most simple one...

I must say though, it is almost undeniable that they are thinking about you. I really don't think it matters male or female either. As long as the breakup was on good terms, and even in most cases when it wasn't, the dumper will be thinking about the dumpee. They invested as much as you in the relationship, and no doubt they are thinking of you too..

If you ever catch a glimpse of their life, keep in mind that they are trying to keep their best face forward, just as you are. Don't immediately assume that if they are happy for 5 minutes they are happy all the time.
