Acne is a pain in the butt!
Use gentle anti bacterial facial washes and an oil free moisturiser. Something with salicylic acid in will help lots! Dabbing tea tree oil onto the spots will help too.

Let me know how it goes!

Acne, know what is causing it first, Are you on Birth control, Menses, stress Hormone production, Diet, sweating, exposure to sun, hair maybe in your face, coffee, diet. Ohh so many things can cause acne, Using facial wash for your particular skin type is a great idea, and because they are on your forehead you may have an oily Tzone so you would want to get something for that, but nothing that will over dry your skin. Then Once you begin washing you need to figure out the other factors in your life that can be causing this acne. Otherwise it will just keep coming back. How many times a day do you cleanse your face? Do you remove makeup every night? etc.. etc.. Remember on top of facial scrubs and washing your diet as well as an impact on your overall skin.

I own a Merle Norman Cosmetics store and what we have is a clear complection line... it is freaking sweet! You can go into a local one and get a free consultation and they can tell you more about you skin with you there and looking at what it does... im not trying to advertise or anything but you could come to a store like mine or go to ULTA or a dermatologist (which would probably cost $$$) you could also go to the local mall and go into Nordstrom or Nieman Marcus and they have a whole section of their store just for skin care lines...

    Hope this helps

I used to get a few pimples now and then, I would take good care of my skin buy noting seemed to really work. I read an article about how people with sensitive skin some times get more pimples from harsh chemicals in face products so I switched to all natural products, I highly recommend Desert Essence face wash with tea tree and a all natural moisturizer. I swear I only get like one pimple a month now, it is unbelievable! The all natural stuff is sold at any whole foods market or Henrys farmers market etc.. Hope this helps. I noticed a difference almost immediately.
