Name of a old Dog cartoon
Does anyone remember a cartoon with a few dogs that I think went into a portal thing that made them look more human? I remember one dog was tied up like Hannibal-ish and when they released him he attacked people. I don't remember much but I really wanted to know what it is.

Someone help. All I remember of this show is this person had a magic, glowing kind of crystal/key thing, and it could be inserted in certain things like walls and stuff and open a door. I'm not sure, but I think they could even open a door in mid-air. Anyone else remember this but me?
