    L1 visa transfer to H1 visa
    Hi,
    I have L1 visa and I got H1 this term and my company asking me to leave to india , as my H1 activated by October is there any chance for me to stay back here up to October or do I have to leave to india and come back once my H1 is activated. Can any one tell me imme so that it will be helpful to me

    Entering US on L-1 prior to October is doable but you have to leave and re-enter on H-1B.
