Scotland hanky World War 1 era
I have a hanky brought from Europe by my grandfather during World War 1 and am interested in any background information available. It is quite silky in the center with a plaid 1 1/2" or so cloth border. It also has embroidery on it of a scottish bagpiper and embroidered "Frae Scotland".

Would it be possible for you to post an image of it here? No guarantees concerning information, but it would be helpful to anyone who might have a good answer for you.

    Thanks!

Here we go again, barbart! And, thank you for posting the links to your images! The second one does not show up all of the way, though. I did have to reduce the one that I have posted just a bit so that it would fit in a post here. Like as before on the other couple of threads, anyone coming along who sees images so readily available on a thread, might be able to give you, hopefully, additional as well as substantial information.
