Hot huh? Can I wear a bikini? ;)

It's custom for a man to wear a black suit to a wedding, but a women who wears black to a wedding is being rude, black is for mourning. Is this marriage a good thing, because if it isn't then I can wear black too. ;)

Well, shame on me. I know nothing about weddings. Last time I was in a wedding I was like 6 years old and was the ring bearer. Should be interesting...

Is it also custom to have a date? I figured if I can't find one its not a big deal if I go alone...

Could you put that in writing on that specific thread? Kidding, let's not start him going after you too, I feel bad enough I got Starby involved.

You are actually in the wedding party, right? You're date won't have much fun, it's customary for the wedding party to sit at the main table, sans date, so she'd have to sit with other people, not you. Once the dance begins it will be okay, but all throughout dinner and the speeches she won't even be sitting with you.

I'd go solo, there are bound to be a few single gals there, dance with all of them, you never know what could happen. Oh, great, I've gone to far, do I have to give you the safe sex speech now, or the one night stand speech (it's a good one) or how about the be a gentleman speech (that one's boring, puts be to sleep). Say the word and I'll give the speech. No M, I won't be giving examples during the speech, ex: How to safely have a one night stand, There is not safe way!

Yeah Alty, you make a good point, they probably wouldn't have too much fun. New goal - Don't find a date. Get myself ready to not be a little b*tch and ask people I don't know to dance :)
