If you had intercourse without protection (whether he came or not), you could be pregnant. How long has it been since you had a period?

Can you be, yes, if you were not using any protection, since there is plenty of sperm in the early fluid, "pulling out" is not a birth control method.

You could try a test now since you are late... but you may want to give it several more days to see if your period is just off and still shows up.
