    I'm being sued by a credit card company, is there any other solution I can do without
    Going to court?

    Pay them

    Don't go to court and just lose automatically.

    Work out a payment plan they will agree to ( in writing)

    I think you are better off to go to court because when you deal directly with the collection agency they want to get as much as possible out of you. If you let them take you to court the Judge may rule at a far lower amount.
