    Unnecessarily angry
    Why am I so angry? I wake up certain days anf feel like I'm going to explode because my anger. I get angry for no reason? How do I control my anger? Is it PMS?

    I would look into anger management classes. They can help you find the root of the anger. And alternatives to getting so mad... I'm sure it ruins your day and perhaps loved ones...

    I have a friend that is always angry, she is kind of angry at life... but she was told to wake up and scream as loudly as possible into her pillow... This helped her. Now, I'm not saying this will help you, I'm just using this as an example. They can teach you ways to release this anger in a healthy way before starting your day.

    Perhaps go to the gym, and show those weights who's boss... show that punching bag how angry you are...

    You'll feel better body, mind, and soul...
