My nipples um. "nerp" funny I think.
Okay so I don't have a problem with my boobs in general. But my nipples don't really "nerp" right I don't think... that part of your nipple is supposed to stick out when you're cold. But mine don't really stick out far at all. And they have this really weird like line or indent in the middle of it. In other words, when I get cold, my headlights aren't a perfect circle. Haha. I mean, you can tell when I'm cold. But that indent in the middle of them keeps them from like doing that stick out thing when they're hard. So is this indent thing a little more common than I think or what? I mean, I don't know. It makes me really self conscious and it's stopping me from getting intimate with the guy I like. Also, my right nipple always nerps more than my left, is that normal?

Stop worrying about little things, and the big things will take care of themselves.

It sounds like you are spending too much time considering your nipples.

I had that and breast feeding cured it for me. I was told I had tough nipples.

The line you speak of it normal, lots of people have it. It's just more prominent in some.

You might consider spending time at a softcore porn or nudist site. I think you will find that nipples come in an amazing variety of sizes and shapes. Both the aureola as well as the nipple. You may find several examples similar to yours.
