    How much time
    My boyfriend just went to jail for breaking into a house.We live in Mississippi.and I was wondering how much time he could get?

    My boyfriend just went to jail or manufactuoring marajuana.we live in Mississippi.it was 6 plants the just started growing an didn't have much weed on them. How much time could he get?

    Depends on the state, 10 to 15 years is possible, often 5 years with probation after that. Also depends in some areas if people lived in the house, and what and how much damage done to the house and if he is able to repay them for the damages.

    Also if he has been in trouble before, I mean probation is possible under conditions of holding a job and paying back for all the damage.

    But they could get a lot of years

    I have just combined the two posts, now the situation has changed, he will be charged with two felonies, each that has serious jail time.
    If after his attorney looks at the evidence, if they have plenty of evidence, consider a plea agreement, With both felonies, I would say he is looking at some time for sure
