    Do I have a case?
Deleted as obviously I have an attitude, sorry about that, maybe my experiences over the last three years have hurt me so much that I felt the need to ask strangers for help. I will never make this mistake again and will not bother anyone on this forum again, sorry for the trouble I must have caused with my attitude problems.

You really should consult with an attorney, there are many legal issues here to be ironed out, and I believe it goes past what you can take care of by yourself.

Yes I realise this, and I am getting a solicitor as soon as a finish work tomorrow.
I thought I would ask as this is the family law forum!

Well my problem with the entire thing, you did not have time to get an attorney and book a flight, sorry I would have been there the next day if I had to steal a car to get to my child and if I did not have an attorney I would have been in court at least to fight for them.

But yes, get an attorney and show nothing was proved and that it was all a lie.

"shellyjo68 disagrees: Kind-a jumped Progunr didn't you? Lose the attitude or you will lose your case."

Excuse me? I don't really understand what you mean when you say loose the attitude? I come onto a family law forum to get some advice and got told to see a lawyer, so I respond saying I will get one tomorrow, and now I have an attitude?

I thought the whole point of a forum is to get advice, maybe I was wrong, sorry.

I simply love the passive/aggressive nonsense - thought you weren't going to ask strangers for any more advice. Posting here constitutes asking for advice.

If you don't see your own attitude no one here can change that - and the Court is going to have zero tolerance.
