I am on unsupervised probation as of may 22nd.. and on June 4 I was arrested for a minor in possession. I was in a car with unopened alcohol (an 18 pack of keystone). A girl in the car with us claimed the alcohol as hers, but the officers wrote everyone a ticket. Will I have to do jail time? I am a 17 year old male. Is there anyway to get something less than jail time? Also, do I need to notify someone even though I am on unsupervised probation?

I doubt you will get jail time, if you hire an attorney, most likely you will get community service and the charges will be dropped.

I got pulled over when I was in my friends vehicle and the police found a marajuana pipe in my pocket.. that's why I'm on probation. Should I call someone to let them know I got a ticket last week or do I leave it alone, because the two times I was arrested I was in two different counties..

You are always suppose to let your PO know if you are ticketed or arrested, not telling them is often considered a more serous violation than what you did.

You must inform the PO of any police contact or that is considered a violation. Tell them as soon as possible regardless of the outcome of your new case.
