    Immigration & divorce
    Get a divorce. My spouse came here from China. We do not have anything together. She has been secretlt putting away money on her anme only.
    Will immigration deport her?

    If she has conditional green card, divorce means her legal status ends as of the date in decree but deportation may not be immediate. The money she took during the marriage is not a crime as you were husband and wife...
