    Garnishment in south Carolina
    I reside in Pennsylvania and the company that I work for has their payroll in Greenville South Carolina. Can my wages be garnished?

    Both states exempt 100% of wages, but they would be able to levy bank accounts or personal property, and place liens on any real estate you may own, or be buying.
