    How to delete unwanted email from numerous excel file
    Hi All,

    I have pressing issue here.

    I have a list of email address seeking to unsubscribe.

    But I have 20 Excel database file, how do I use this "unsubscribe" list to compare against this entire 20 file and delete them ?

    Is there a software, script file available to do it, please advise thanks

    I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Do you mean that you have all of these email addresses in an Excel file that you have created? Or, is this concerning something else?

    Hi Clough,


    1 file contain all email address seeking to unsubscribe.

    And

    10 other files which is Excel file that contain all contacts with tel, fax, hp and email address


    Currrent way of doing it, example: [email protected] want to unsubscibe, I will use this and compare against the 10 file and delete one by one.

    So if I have 30 email address wishing to unsubscribe, I will need to do 30 x 10 file which is 300 times, is there a shorter way to do it, thank for any advise.
