    Served or not?
If you received a summons to court and it was taped to the front door of a condo complex( 18 condos in the building), Is that considered that you were served? Just wondering? THANKS!

I would think if you removed the summons from your door and it is in your possession right now, yes. Legally, I don't know.

In some states in the US, a notice being taped to your front door is considered legal service. The issue of "found in the parking lot"
Of course the issue here is that even if you prove you were not properly served, they can merely reserve you.
