Toilet not working as it should
I have a Sterling toilet and it is acting up. When I flush it, it fills up almost to the top of the toilet bowl. It takes about 3 mins. for the water to drain and when the water drains, it is almost drained out completely. I have turned off the toilet. Anyone know what is going on? I need to get this fixed. I have used a plunger and it has not helped at all.

Instead of a plunger try using a toilet auger to get past the toilet trap. This should clear the drain. Come back and tell us how it went, we have other options if this did not work. How to Unclog a Toilet Fixture-Use the Toilet Auger or Closet Auger (stubborn clogs)
