    Cartiliage piercing again
Hey, I've had my cartiliage pierced twice about 4 days ago, on the helix and industrial area one under the other.

Its been generally fine, but there is a thick black crust around the holes. I've been removing it when cleaning but when I do so bleeding resumes, not heavy, but a tiny bit around the holes which then eventaully dries again.

What I'm thinking is that because this is actually dried blood therefore forming a scab, should I be removing it, because its just slowing down the process by making it bleed more, and its not the "crusties" described, which form from the sapping liquid etc.

I'm thinking of leaving them, except the bits that literally come off themselves when cleaning, for the next week or so

    What do you think?

Its still bleeding, its now Tuesday night and I got it pierced on Saturday afternoon. Its not bleeding a lot, but the top hole saps a bit of blood out which then builds up a little crust of dried blood, I'm going to stop removing this as it just keeps rebleeding. The bottom hole doesn't bleed anymore, but then again the top one bled a lot when it first was pierced, the bottom didn't
