    Garnishment in Virginia
    In the state of Virginia, can two people in the same household be garnished (my husband and I)?

    Yes, both on the same debt if you are both listed on the debt, or separate if you both owe separate debts and both do a garnishment.

    Yes and in the state of virginia they can and will go after any and all bank accounts if a judgement is granted from a court.
