    Full time student and working
I'll be starting my freshman year at san diego state this September. I'll be an out of state student, with like no family there. I plan on working and being a full time student. Do any of you find this extremely hard and how do you deal with it?

It's possible. My best friend is a full time student and works full time. He does this by taking a few of his classes online.

Considering Cal-states... you would not have a very hard time. It's easy to achieve 4.0 in Cal-state as opposed to Univ. of California.

A teacher that is a friend of my son told him to take as many summer classes as possible. She said the work is so much easier than during the regular year and classes only last about 4 weeks.
