Are you asking the easiest way for you to have full custody? Or do you want him to provide for this child? I do not think you can have both ways unless he is willing to pay something.

I am not a lawyer but it would seem the easiest way is to not name him on the birth certificate. Or I am sure is you go to an attorney the can draft the legal paper work to have him sign off his rights. Since he is married he most likely will not want a paper trail that could lead back to him so it seems that not naming a father on the birth certificate would be the easy way.

Although what are your plans for this child. He or she might have questions later?
    Good luck

WEll first there is nothing you can do at this point until the baby is born, Once the child is born, you can file against him for child support, and file for full custody. He can of course request visitation rights.

And sorry no it is not easy for him to "sign over his rights" unless you have a new partner who wants to adopt the child, even if you both agree, very seldom will the court agree. Since if ever while the child is under 18, the child would receive any welfare, the state wants to retain the right to go afterr the father for repayment to them.

As noted just don't list him on birth, and then the father will have to file for his visitation rights latter.
