    92 Accord will not start
The horn works, the break lights do also. No interior lights work nor the dashboard display, not to mention the front headlights. Now, I just put a new starter and battery in. Also checked my alternator and it's good, All fuses are in tack also. So, when I put the key in the ignition, I get no beep (if the door is open), nor when I turn it, there is no response... so I'm like what the heck is going on. Please help!

Check/replace the ignition switch and harness:

    1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
    2. Remove dashboard lower cover and knee bolster.
    3. Disconnect 5-P connector from under-dash fuse box and 7-P connector from main wire harness.
    4. Remove steering column covers.
    5. Insert key and turn it to "0".
    6. Remove two screws from switch and replace.

Look for pitting, melting, and wear. Not a difficult job.
