    Foreclosure process complete. How long do I have to vacate?
    Wondering how long I will be alloted to move after foreclosure process is complete. I reside in ky.

    That's up to the new owner. If they haven't given you notice yet, they should soon. That notice could be only a few days. So you need to start looking for a new place to live now. If they serve you a vacate order you can fight it in court for some additional time.

    The times and procedures vary state to state. Call your local courthouse - they can generally tell you what process needs to take place and how long it will take. Also, the bank may offer you cash for keys (MAYBE - after all, you owe them money). In any case, start working on finding a new place - and as quickly as possible. Once that Foreclosure is on your record it will be difficult to rent or buy.

    You can receive from a 3 day to a 30 day notice. After the process is complete.
