    Eviction of family member
    How does someone go about evicting a family member from their home who has never had to pay rent. The home owner wants them to move out and a written notice to them has been given 30 days. But is refusing to leave what do I do

    Go down to the houseing court, file a formal eviction with them, the person will be served, and there will be a hearing, if they still don't get out, a court officer will come out to escort them off the property.
