    Telephone harassment
    I'm looking at six counts of harassment by phone by two of my ex girlfriends,this happened over the weekend,they traces the calls the cops came to my house and arrested me I just got out of jail tues.I am now wearing an ankle bracelet and not allowed out of the house,I was on probation,for the same crime when this happened,I have a hearing next fri. to see if my bond will be revoked chances are it will be,what penalties and fines will I get I live in pa.

    You will probably have bail revoked, and go back to jail because you were on probation for same crime, to finish the sentence you were given for the first crime and by then you will also have to serve the sentence for the new crime. Why do something again for something you already had served time for, while just out of jail and on probation. This is just my opinion, and it is how it works were I live. If your on probation and break it when you go back to finish your original sentence on top of the sentence for the new crime. Hope it turns out OK for you and good luck.

    Yes, most likely what ever probation time you had will be done in jail or prison now. If you have a good attorney, most likely a plea bargain if you do it fast so you can serve that time along with the first charge in prison.

    Since you are not learning, they will start making the punishment a lot harder now
