    For what?
I think you should dump the husband, divorce him and then take him in court for all he is worth for putting you through the mental anguish.

This is America. You probably CAN sue her--seems like people are suing for the dumbest stuff and winning these days.

You're better off, though, in just documenting her harassment and getting a restraining order.

Some wifies have sue the mistress for alienation of affection, but only some states even entertain it. You should sue your husband because he is the one that step out the marriage and added this drama into your life when he started sleeping with her and giving her false hope but on the otheehand she was wrong for getting involved with a married man and now you two have problems with each other and whag does your husband do? If possible change your number and if its to threating then get the cops involve like someone stated above, you might can sue for harassment but your need proof and you can do that in civil court just file paperwork and a fee is involve.

If she will not leave you alone, get a restraining order

Check the state you live in to see if this is possible. I know it has been done before... "intentional infliction of emotional distress". I entertained the thought of doing that as well but did not pursue it because I was emotionally drained , otherwise I would have done it.
