    Judgement payment
    I had a judgment filed against me in 2005, I had trouble finding which courthouse it went through since I didn't find out about it until 2006, and my credit does not state which courthouse to contact. I finally found out who to contact but my question is if I pay this in full at one time how long will it stay on my credit for people to see?

    Judgments – Most judgments, including small claims, civil and child support, will remain on your credit report for 7 years from the filing date.
