    Difference between Iron palm and iron fist
    Can someone give me some info on the difference between Iron Palm and Iron Fist training? And also just some overall wushu reference pages and stuff would be appreciated.

    Foremost is what part of the hand are you using to strike?
    Also the usage can be limited by the direction the impact must come from, so you can be limited to what choice is available.

    Kung fu is great, and certainly many fine schools now use the term for combat (wu shu) rather than speak of the greatness or achievement (kung fu) involved.

    A local phone book will often lead one to a place of learning, and such places sometimes have web sites or the association to which they belong have web sites perhaps, or even a search on a search engine on the internet may lead one to where one wants to go. Be safe. Happy journey.
