    Housing loan
    I want to apply for a home loan but the home is registered on the original buyer. He can't transfer the registration, but can give me GPA. Can I apply home loan based on GPA(Power of attorney)? If yes where can I apply for that? As I am in faridabad here the floor wise registration is banned by government due to political reasons. Please reply

    I am sorry no one has answered, I have to be honest I have no ide where faridabad is, but it is obviusly not in the US.

    It's very risky to buy a builder's floor in colonies like Green Fields, Ashoka Enclave & Spring Fields as Part Registry is illegal in Faridabad & has been banned by Govt.

    No bank gives loan on such properties.

    It'll be better to buy property in approved projects in Nehar Paar area of Faridabad where home loan is available.
