    Queries about Green Card
I am an H1B, recently left a job and looking for another. Can I get my new conpany to file for Green Card directly, without filing for H1B ?

My wife is currently studying on H4. Can she get H1B visa after finishing her study, without going for OPT ?

    Thanks in advance, https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

No, you have to start your employment contract first and employer is willing to sponsor green card for you.
