    Song that comes to mind is "Sherry". Although a fair few artists have done a version of this song you may be after the most common versions sung by "Ray Charles" and another by "Frankie Valli"

    I think you are referring to "Carrie" by the band Europe. Otherwise, I have no idea

    It says this at the end "maybe we'll meet, again, somewhere, again." and says "Carrie, Carrie, Carrie" near the end of the song.
