I'm 20, in college, and I really want a baby.
My boyfriend is 25 and has been really insisting we have a baby. But I'm afraid this will create anger, dissapointment, and worsen my father's treament (he's currently receiving chemo). I don't know how long he will be with me. My parents are getting older (60 & 59) and I want them to enjoy my children too (I have a 33yr older brother, he has kids). I'm so confused and afraid this might affect my father's health. What should I do?

What are Hispanic Dads?
My only advice would be not to be pressured into having a baby - if you are not ready or the time is not right it's not a good time.

If you boyfriend wants a baby, has he proposed? When is the wedding date? Are you already intimate?

Your boyfriend wants a baby?? DO YOU?
The mere fact that you are asking the question means you are not ready.
Just because someone else has children-does that mean you have too? I think you may be a little immature in your outlook if you think that this would be a good idea.
I think your BF and you need to get finacially stable (does he have a good job to support you?) is he a good man? There are so many questions that need answering for yourself-FIRST!

It sounds like the only reason you want to have a baby is so that you can please the ones around you. You should want to have a baby in order to complete you family and make your life better.
Also, it wouldn't be fair to the baby if you had to split you time between school and trying to be a good mother.
I think you should wait

First so your Boyfriend wants a baby,? Is he paying your health insurance, is he able to pay all of the bills for you and the baby,
But I never heard you say, you want a baby, obvously you don't, or you would have never posted here. So don't have one yet, you are in college, finish, start your carrer and wait till you are ready

This is another instance where the OP posted, I responded, the OP changed the original post - and I look like I'm coming out of left field.
