    About getting a house in my name
    HI my names is Cassandra Perala and I live in jacksonville Florida my father died and left me his house and I want to know how to get a new deed so I can put it in my name.

    The Executor of the estate has to create a new deed in your name. The Estate woiuld quit claim the deed from the Estate to your name.
