    Legal Name Change on Deed and Title
    I have had a legal name change recently and need to change my title and deed. I reside In Phoenix, Arizona. Is there a way to do this without hiring a tiltel company?

    You should have an attorney prepare an affidavit and have it filed in the deed records.
