    Sternum pain
    I was bending over at work and picking up a part that was about 2-5 lbs and when I went to bend up my chest popped and I couldn't stand up. This happened 6 months ago and I'm still in pain, I've been giving pain killers and muscle relaxers and still no help. Along with this pain it feels as if I have a small hard lump on my Left rib cage and one on my right but the left hurts a little more. My left hip is also very painful. Since this has happened I've been getting hives on my chest, arms, legs and lower abdomanial area, about 5 times. Never have any skin conditions before this. I did have a Bone scan they say its normal but I hurt each day, can you help me ? Please
