My husbands symptoms
My husband has been having several symptoms for weeks almost months now, I have told him to go see a DR and next week is the first time he will.
The symptoms that he has are high blood pressure, shaking on and off through out the day, when ever he eats something he needs to use the washroom within 15 minutes for a lose BM, and he doesn't sleep very well. He does have a history of cancer in his family both his parents have passed away from this illness.
My question is what could be wrong? I know there could be so many different answers but I want to make sure to be bit prepared for the DR next week.

You know I never thought of that, he hasn't been checked for it. Is there anything else you can think of? Should I wait to take him to the DR or should I take him to a walk in right away?

If he gets the "shakes" and he isn't an alcoholic,. well, I don't know what to say to your question, he could have a bowel disease or both, say Krone's and diabetes... or something else altogether.
I think for now, he can carry a candy bar with him and eat it if he gets the shakes.
But, I really don't know what else to tell you. I wish I did.

Bad nerves? Nervousness? Emotions can actually cause an increase in blood pressure.

No he isn't an alcoholic but I think nerves have a lot to do with it, plus he does have a very stressful job. I just called the DR he isn't around so a walk in clinic will have to do.

Best wishes to you and your husband. I hope the physician can get to the bottom of his distressing symptoms and get him on the road to recovery. :)

I know this is not a debate or anything.
High blood pressure can be triggered by stress, not sleeping, not eating right , etc... Stress is known elevate symptoms.
I would also suggest getting his sugar levels checked.
Stress can actually create what's called nervous diahrea.
Also could be allergic or sensitive to certain foods.
Everything in combination is possibility.

Just wanted to add that Collitis <sp can cause frequent bm's after eating.

I took him to see a doctor today and no it's not stress I wish that's all it was. His blood pressure measured in at 190/107 for the first time and the second time it came a little lower at 170/100 still not great. We found out that his tremors are more then stress, it could be something to do with blood pressure or worse the DR said. His BM's are being tested for cancer ( long history in family both parents died of it) as well as all the blood work that could be done.

Those readings are scary. Was he put on blood pressure medicine asap? I did not realise that his pressure is so high. That is very abnormal. At least he is seeing a doctor and is under a care of the doctor now.
