    Sounds like your pearshaped, where all the fat goes down your body.. my friend has the same problems..
    Try doing exercises for the bottom half of the body like: squats (great for the bum), swimmin and skipping.

    Mr Dear U can't reduce fat from perticuler Area whenever you will do some arobics you will loose fat from whole of your body there is no any exercise for spot reduction,better you check, is this fat in your lower area or is this muscle mass.Belive me I am professional fitness trainer

    It's impossible to spot reduce one area of your body just as Kapoor states, when you burn fat for energy you use it from all areas of your body. You need to train the whole body. When you speed up your metabolism you burn more body fat. So aerobics, resistance training, crunches stair climbing, walking, jogging, biking, swimming, even dancing, are all ways to incorporate a program that will help you burn body fat, and tone up. Work out for 1 hrs, 3-4 times a week, start with just walking 1 hr. along with healthy food choices and smaller meals you will see results in time.
